The initial notification is handled by helpful and friendly staff in our centralised call centre. Once allocated, customers are kept fully up to date by regular telephone progress reports or alternatively via our online vehicle repair tracking system with a choice of SMS texts or E-mails. Each customer also has a dedicated web-page to view progress.
Manufacturer approval has always played an important role in the strategy of group members as a reassurance of quality and commitment to our customers and the brand standard. Collectively we hold a large pool of approvals and work closely with our manufacturer partners to maintain the very high standards expected.
Also vital to the group are our work provider partners. Long established relationships exist built upon trust and consistent levels of service.

IRG can provide network coverage for all NR and IP postcodes along with covering some of the more remote PE and CO postcode areas, allowing a more defined border boundary. Repair capability is approximately 200 vehicles per week.
